New language-selector fontconfig love

The new version of language-selector (0.2.8) comes with improved
fontconfig defaults for a CJK environment (kudos to Arne
Goetje) and a lot of bugfixes. If you use gutsy and CJK language on your desktop,
please test and send us feedback!
